In particular, the candidate will support the success of the EDLF Social Foundations and Higher Education graduate programs from the marketing and recruitment stage through matriculation, key milestones, graduate and alumni engagement. We seek a candidate who is enthusiastic about helping to shape program culture and fostering a strategy of program improvement. Under the direction of the Education Leadership, Foundations and Policy (EDLF) Department Administrator, the selected candidate will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to enhance student engagement and success in the EDLF department. Additionally, the position is part-time position working up to 20 hours per week. The EDLF department provides masters and doctoral education and undergraduate courses that prepare a new generation of professionals to engage in innovative research and practice related to foundations of education, research methods, human development, leadership, higher education, and policy. This position will a restricted term-limited position lasting one year from the date of hire.
